I was in desperate need of a place to stay and the clerk was above and beyond kind to me and found me a room. He even went as far as to check on me when he saw me again to make sure I was feeling better. The room was Clean and service great. Highly recommend!
This location was very well kept and clean. My only complaint(s) were the lady during breakfast. She was sweeping the floor extremely loud, slamming the broom against everything. Also, she was mopping the floor and used the same mop to wipe the seats off. Who does that?!
Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, the rooms and bathrooms are nice and cozy and the area is quiet but also connected
This hotel has just been remodeled recently. The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area to choose from, many within walking distance of the hotel.
When we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly and took care of our last minute situation. Room was clean and our morning breakfast fast was very good. Parking lot was well lit and clean. On our next travel we will definitely stay at this location.
We stayed here while attending the heart concert and the hotel was actually a very nice place. The rooms were very clean nice size, the bathrooms were very clean and sanitary. The beds were comfortable the linen was cleaned not stained up. The Continental breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay there again if ever back in that area.
Rami was exceptional while taking care of us. We checked in late and asked him if we could check out a little bit later after 11am. He said it was no problem and would make a note for us to check out at noon. Even provided us with bottle waters. Service was amazing here. Hotel and rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was pretty powerful. Our new place to stay.
The location was nice and quiet, the jacuzzi in the room worked perfectly as it should. Was clean, well kept. My only issue was the lay charges my CC for a smoking fee without authorization. Not to mention I am 420 friendly and smoke cigarettes so I sat in the car for T least an hour l chillaxin. Ofc my clothes are going to smell like smoke but it was in the room and the manager should have verified before charging the customer. I did get a refund after continuously calling but outside that my stay was great.
